RETURN POLICY

Note : We issue only store credit

Clearance are final sale cannot be returned 

We have a 7-days return policy for most items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns will not be accepted  after the time frame.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If it’s a quality issue, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If it’s just you did not like it or any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Please make sure to read all descriptions and make note of measurements in order to feel confident with your purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive Store Credit you can use it whenever you want.

We'll ship almost anything on our site to anywhere in the United States.


WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, ALL THE TIME.
Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 5-8 business days after we receive your order.

International Orders
Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders.
Our flat rate international shipping is $20  per order.

Shipping Standard
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. Shipping and delivery are completed in 7 to 15 working days.

 

Lost/Stolen 
DESALLY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

For international orders we are not responsible for orders that lost/stolen after left the united states.
